Incomplete Concepts

A name I had written down in a text file from a video I can't find.  Tall, lumbering brute (like ogre or jotun) of some sort.

A sickeningly happy halfling bard, always looking on the bright side of everything.

Almost converted to a different concept, a halfling charlatan that was arrested for pretending to be a soothsayer but escaped punishment... a small medium at large.

An idea tossed around for the PF2E one-shot Head-Shot the Rot!  Smeef, the gnomish inventor specializing in firearms, and Wexton, his travelling merchant business partner.  Used these creations and his gunslinging skills in an attempt to make Smeef & Wexton a name known far and wide.

Not a particular character, but a travelling a cappella troupe I came up with a while ago... just don't have any ideas for what to do with them story-wise.
